Mon, Nov 30: Temperance

– Slept poorly. Felt tired all day. I’m tired pretty much all the time, actually, and I don’t know why. I sleep a lot, exercise a few times a week, eat alright. I just always sleep badly. Should I sign up for a sleep study? Has anybody done that?

I gave my liver and my wallet the night off, got a solid workout in, made a veggie burger, hit the sack early.
